Delete your FieldOps Now account

You can delete your FieldOps Now account and its data at any time. You do not need to be signed in to read this page.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

Open FieldOps Now and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: by email

Email contact@pcappstudio.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in details and profile (name, phone, address, member number, vehicle registration, profile photo).
Your location history and visit records.
Chat messages, sightings, log entries, pins and photos you created.
Your push notification token.

What may be kept

Moderation reports may be kept for up to 12 months to meet legal obligations, with your account link removed.
Shared site records you uploaded (such as site documents) may stay with that site, no longer linked to you. Email us if you want these removed too.
Backups and error logs are cleared within 90 days.
